Description

The two knives are Stainless steel and therefore unmarked.

The 6'' has a quite thin, flexible blade while the 7'' is thicker at the bolster and more rigid.

Both have Blackwood handles and brass rivets.

Purchased new from the manufacturer in Thiers.
